‘Anti-ICE’ message found on bullets after deadly shooting at Dallas ICE facility

Authorities said a detainee was killed in a shooting at a Dallas ICE facility that DHS said was an attack against ICE agents. The acting ICE director said the gunman was “randomly shooting” at the facility striking a van holding detainees. NBC News’ Priscilla Thompson reports.
