At least 15 people have died and more than a dozen are injured after a popular streetcar derailed in Lisbon. The funicular that crashed, the Elevador de Gloria, runs between the Baixa and Bairro Alto neighborhoods in Lisbon. Portuguese authorities have announced an investigation into the crash, and local officials have called for three days of mourning.
