I can't blame you if you've been spending more time outside lately instead of reading gadget reviews. Spring has sprung, at least for us at Engadget HQ in the US, and there's a lot of touching grass going on amongst our staff. For basic computing in a highly portable device, the 12-inch Surface Pro does just fine.
