Girl, 17, killed in three-car collision is pictured as brother says she was 'like a best friend' to him

Demi Edmunds, 17, was the only pedestrian in a crash on the A4042 in Cwmbran at around 12.25pm on Thursday. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
