During a July 31 Nintendo Direct livestream, Nintendo teased a ton of upcoming games for the Switch 2 (and some titles for the Switch 1 as well). The event focused on Nintendo's partners, featuring games from companies such as Sega, Ubisoft, and EA Sports.
Perhaps the most exciting moment of the event came when Nintendo unveiled a new trailer for Hyrule Warriors: Age of Imprisonment. This hotly anticipated game is set in Hyrule (duh) and tells the story of “the canonical events that led to the Tears of the Kingdom game.” Nintendo says this game will be released sometime in the winter, with more details to come.
