President Trump announced ten percent tariffs on all imports, along with new reciprocal tariffs that will charge half the tax on foreign goods that dozens of countries are charging on American products. The President called it a “liberation day” that will bring back American manufacturing, but critics say it could raise prices. NBC News’ Gabe Gutierrez reports
