Woman is arrested over 'attempted abduction' after baby in pram 'snatched in front of parent' at seaside hotspot

The baby was being pushed along in their pram by a parent when a stranger appeared at around 11.30am in Central Drive, near the Coral Island Amusement Centre, yesterday.
